Park Silly Sunday Market: Most Sundays, June 1–September 21
The Park Silly Sunday Market is the best place to end your summer weekend. For 11 Sundays between June and September, thousands of people will converge on Lower Main Street for live music, drinks, food and shopping from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Barn Party: June 7
Kick off summer at the National Ability Center’s annual fundraiser. This family- friendly event includes dinner, live music, a saloon, a mechanical bull, an auction and more.
Park City Trail Series: June 7, July 12, August 2
Returning for another season, this running series features three races of increasing length. With a 5K in June, a 10K in July and a half-marathon in August, it’s the perfect way to challenge yourself this summer. Sign up for one race, two or all three!
Latino Arts Fest: June 13–15
Celebrate Latin cultures with crafts, poetry, music, film, food and dance. This free, three-day festival is sponsored by the Arts Council of Park City & Summit County and takes place in Canyons Village.
Wild Heart Sanctuary Benefit Concert: June 26
Pack your low-back lawn chairs and a picnic basket and make your way to the Wild Heart Sanctuary. Live music by Lill & Warren and Cactus Buds.
Your Barn Door Is Open: June 28
This evening event is hosted by Friends of the Farm and offers dancing, food, music and socializing at the McPolin Barn. The organization also offers tours of the barn one Saturday each month from July to September.
Savor the Summit: June 28
Park City’s biggest and best dinner party is back for another year. The Park City Area Restaurant Association event features over a dozen participating restaurants, each with a prix fixe menu.
Junction Jam: June 29, August 24, September 28
A new music series from Mountain Town Music kicked off in late April at Junction Commons. The series takes place on select Sundays, admission is free and local food trucks will be on hand.
Deer Valley Summer Concerts: July–September
Two concurrent series are scheduled for the Snow Park Outdoor Amphitheater this summer. The Utah Symphony produces the Deer Valley Music Festival, which kicks off on July 3 with Patriotic Pops and runs through August 9. In addition, The State Room Presents will sponsor the Deer Valley Concert Series featuring national touring artists from July 29 to September.
Oakley Rodeo: July 2–5
The Oakley Rodeo has kept the Western spirit alive over the Fourth of July weekend for 90 years. In celebration of that, this year’s rodeo promises to be one hell of a good time.
Forum Fest: July 3–5
Forum Fest will return to Canyons Village this summer over the Fourth of July holiday. The free, three-day celebration features live music, food and drinks, family activities, art, a drone show, and hopefully, fireworks.
Concerts on the Slopes: Select evenings, July 12–August 30
Canyons Village at Park City Mountain will once again host this popular live music series featuring national acts like Blues Traveler, Clint Black and Plain White T’s.
Hops on the Hill: Tuesdays, July 15–August 19
This series at Stein Eriksen Lodge showcases live music, local craft brewers and food pairings. The fun takes place on the Flagstaff Deck and reservations are recommended. The event is only for guests 21 and over.
Kimball Arts Festival: August 1–3
Now in its 56th year, this annual arts festival brings around 200 artists to Main Street, with live music from Mountain Town Music, food trucks and tasting tents. Admission is free on Friday night with advanced registration.
Park City Song Summit: August 14–16
After two years at Canyons Village, this three-day music and wellness event has moved back to City Park. The weekend event features intimate conversations and musical performances at venues throughout Park City.
Summit Challenge: August 23
This bike race is a fundraiser for the National Ability Center. Riders can choose to ride between 16 and 100 miles, followed by an after-party at the event village. The theme this year is ‘80s.
Park City Opera: August 24–30
When the Park City Opera performs “The Barber of Seville” this summer, it will mark the first staged opera in Park City in 20 years. Leading up to the August dates, several showcases and recitals will be open to the public.
Miners Day: September 1
Celebrate Labor Day the Park City way with fun Miners Day traditions. In addition to the parade, don’t miss the Running of the Balls, which raises money for local nonprofits.
Mountain Beer Festival: September 13–14
The last Deer Valley summer event brings over a dozen Utah breweries to Silver Lake Village for a weekend of live music and family-friendly activities. Tickets include the chairlift ride from Snow Park Lodge to Silver Lake Village.
Park City Dine About: October 1–31
The annual Park City Dine About returns with prix fixe lunch and dinner menus at dozens of local restaurants. The multi- course meals are offered at three price points, making some of Park City’s best food more affordable.
Park City Wine Festival: October 2–4
Welcome the fall season with over 100 wineries from around the world. The three- day event includes paired lunches, dinner and outdoor adventures, as well as wine tastings throughout Park City.
Scarecrow Festival: October 4
Celebrate fall at McPolin Barn with the Scarecrow Festival. The farm provides the straw stuffing, while participants provide scarecrow accessories. Entries are placed along the bike path near the barn. The party includes face painting, pumpkin decorating, cookies and cider.
Park City Shot Ski: October 11
Watch as Park City tries to maintain its title for the longest shot ski over Breckenridge, Colorado. The event is hosted by the Park City Sunrise Rotary Club and sells out every year.
